About a contractor

Contractors are independent businesses, so take concerns about their work, prices or conduct to the contractor first. If that does not resolve it, the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs takes complaints about home improvement contractors online at njconsumeraffairs.gov or by phone at 1-800-242-5846. This site also wants to hear about contractors you had a bad experience with.
